Lunch Menu
The chef sets a lunch menu daily which may consist of any of the following. All sandwiches, burger, and Caesar wrap come with your choice of fries, soup or salad.
Club House Sandwich
Roasted chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli served on a bunt
Reuben Sandwich
Grilled marble rye topped with corned beef and sauerkraut
House Burger
House-made hamburger patty served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion
Chicken Caesar Wrap
Romaine lettuce, bacon, chicken, parmesan cheese, and Caesar sauce wrapped in a tortilla
Chicken Caesar Salad
Caesar salad with bacon topped with grilled chicken and parmesan cheese
Dinner Menu
All entrees include the chef's choice of soup or salad appetizer, fresh bread and a house-made dessert. A different entree is made each night from the list below and other chef's surprises.
Stuffed Chicken Supreme
Chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and spinach topped with a crème velout sauce, and served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of potatoes or wild rice pilaf
Chef’s Cut AAA Beef
8-oz fresh-cut New York steak cooked to the doneness of your choice, topped with peppercorn cream sauce, and served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of potatoes or wild rice pilaf.
Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, roasted red pepper, and feta cheese, served with mushroom demi-glace sauce, and served with seasonal vegetables and baked potatoes.
Tandouri Atlantic Salmon
Served with a pineapple salsa, seasonal vegetables and mashed yams.
Lasagna Al Forno
Home baked lasagna sure to please the whole crowd!
Sunda nights are baked Ham Shoulder buffet with all the trimmings.
Friday nights at Chaudiere Lodge is our prime rib buffet.
