Rate Details

All listed rates are per person, and are based on a minimum occupancy of 2 adults per Studio cottage, 3 adults per 2-Bedroom cottage and 5 adults per 3-Bedroom cottage. (Children 12 and under are half price and 5 and under are free.)

Listed rates do not include applicable taxes (in Ontario our sales tax is 13%) or gratuities.

Guest are welcome to bring their own boats, but gasoline is not included. Chaudière does have gasoline available at our dock.

Accommodation Details

Check-In is at 2:00pm. Guest may arrive earlier by prior arrangement, however, cottages will not be available before 2:00pm.

Check-Out is at 11:00am.

Our normal check-in day is Saturday for all lengths of stay, however where possible we are always willing to accommodate a guest’s specific needs.

Chaudière Lodge is responsible for supplying equipment that is in good running order. In turn we ask that guests respect and return it in the same condition. A typical waver is required to be signed any time one of our rentals is used.

Reservations

To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit of $200 per adult is required at the time of booking, which may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Personal Cheque.

Your balance is due upon arrival and may be paid by Cash, Visa or MasterCard. (Please Note: Personal cheques will not be accepted as final payment for the balance of your vacation unless received a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of your stay.)

In the event of a cancellation made no less than 8 weeks in advance of your holiday, the deposit will be fully refundable. In the event of a cancellation made less than 8 weeks but more than 2 weeks in advance of your holiday, the deposit will be non-refundable, but will be held on account and can be applied to any future reservation of similar or greater value that falls within the same or following season. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of your holiday are not subject to refund, however at the discretion of the management, your deposit may be applied to a future reservation .

For overseas travellers, your trip must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
